The street-facing façade is a large curved concrete wall that shields the interior of the property. The volume closes toward the exterior and opens completely toward the sea: large windows integrate the sea into each social space as a natural frame that changes with the light. Inside, the same curved logic repeats at a smaller scale: a board-formed concrete wall that does not reach the ceiling separates the living room from the dining room, allowing visual continuity without compromising privacy. The concrete staircase without railings is the first gesture one encounters upon entry—pure, without compromise. In the kitchen, a wooden and glass porthole brings naval references to the interior. In the garden, a circular fire pit sunken into the lawn and a concrete structure with a black chimney form the exterior space. The main bedroom terrace, on the upper level, overlooks the bay directly.
