A volumetry of simple lines that references the modern movement: exposed concrete, glazed panels, and a clear logic — ascending. The program is resolved as a vertical journey through the hillside, level by level, in search of air and views. The element that organizes this journey is a cylindrical volume that articulates circulation between spaces. Around it, living and dining areas are arranged at different levels through half-height curved walls — without vertices, without corners — that delimit without enclosing and provide openness to the open floor plan. Circular perforations in walls and doors appear as a sculptural gesture that repeats at different scales. Nothing serves only an aesthetic role: everything is in function of the architecture.
